無垢材との更なる対話を求め、表も裏も、その全てを見ることのできる形を追求した。そこに現れた曲線中の空洞は、この木の声を聴きながらここまで彫り進めたことで初めてさらけだされた姿であろう。
Seeking deeper dialogue with solid wood, this work pursues a form in which front and back can be seen in their entirety. The hollow revealed within its curves emerged only through carving while listening to the voice of the wood.
